We would like to introduce a case study regarding the implementation of our services at Company A in the housing exhibition hall. The company faced challenges as their file sharing system could only be used within a specific office, making remote work impossible and preventing sales staff from accessing internal information while out of the office. By implementing the "Box Business Plan" for all employees (approximately 20 people), we migrated all data from the file server to Box, creating an environment where internal information can be accessed from anywhere, enabling a location-independent work style. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges Before Implementation - The current file sharing system can only be used internally. - Internet connectivity is inconvenient within the large facility due to the availability of only wired LAN. ■Convenience After Implementation - Remote work was made possible by using a mobile router (data SIM) in conjunction. - The introduction of easy Wi-Fi allows for internet connectivity anywhere within the facility. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
