An automated dispatch system that systematizes the know-how of veteran dispatchers.
The automatic dispatch system TOMAS dispatches vehicles considering the qualifications and working conditions of each driver.
One of the main challenges occurring on-site is that it takes time to verify driver conditions. This is because it is necessary to check driver qualifications, vacations, available working hours, and past operational status while arranging transportation. With TOMAS, you can create feasible dispatch plans by considering the operating conditions of both people and vehicles.
basic information
TOMAS aims for "practical optimization" that is applicable to the customer's operations, rather than "theoretical optimization" that ignores site-specific rules and criteria.

Applications/Examples of results
For logistics companies, dispatching is not simply the task of determining the shortest route from the departure point to the delivery destination. It involves considering the types of vehicles, load capacities, delivery times, rules for each delivery destination, driver working hours, characteristics of the cargo, conditions for loading and unloading, agreements with clients, compliance with laws and regulations, and responding to daily changes. In the logistics field, it is necessary to construct the most realistic dispatch plan with limited vehicles and personnel while taking into account these numerous conditions. That is why automated dispatch in logistics companies cannot be based solely on "shortening distance" or "reducing travel time." TOMAS is committed to carefully capturing the complex operational needs present in the logistics field and providing an automated dispatch system that truly fits the practical needs of our customers.
