"HATOCOT" is a unitized version of the commonly referred to "pigeon loft" for rooftop slab penetrations. The construction of the pigeon loft involves many processes such as layout marking, formwork, rebar installation, concrete pouring, formwork removal, waterproofing, and mortar finishing, which are required after the rooftop slab is poured. However, by unitizing the pigeon loft, we have significantly shortened the construction period. It can be widely used not only for new constructions but also for renovations and upgrades of air conditioning systems.
