Silent Vacuum Drainage System
The Silent Vacuum Drainage System solves your drainage problems!
The Silent Vacuum Drainage System is... When installing toilets or similar facilities in a basement, it is common to have a sewage tank and use a sewage pump for a pressurized system. However, a minimal amount of sewage often remains in the tank, leading to unpleasant odors. Additionally, when trying to install toilets or water facilities in existing buildings, it can be difficult to ensure proper usage conditions and the slope of the drainage pipes on lower floors, which may lead to abandonment of the project. To address these issues, a vacuum-based drainage system has been devised as an alternative to the pressurized system. However, many systems apply a vacuum sewage system that uses lift-up support and gas-liquid mixed suction, which has caused problems with noise and vibration. This system is a Silent Vacuum Drainage System that resolves noise and vibration issues by using a method that does not involve air suction. Model demonstrations are available for viewing. basic information
As a vacuum collection tank for the Silent Vacuum Drainage System, we have prototyped five types. The continuous suction type systems are: - The "1500 type (C-1)" which has two vacuum collection tanks, each capable of operating independently and performing automatic alternating operation. - The "800 type (C-2)" which performs suction in the auxiliary collection tank while the main collection tank is discharging. - The "80-special type (C-3)" which installs the collection tanks vertically, allowing the upper tank to suction drainage while the lower tank is discharging. The non-continuous suction type systems are: - The "750 type (I-1)" which stores a volume of drainage considering a buffer when the drainage load can be predicted and the usage time is limited, and forcibly discharges the stored drainage at a certain time to prepare for suction the next day. - The "250 type (I-2)" which is a flow-type system. In November 2018, we established the Silent Vacuum Drainage System Consortium to focus on education and public relations.

Applications/Examples of results
Case Studies - A certain high school... Adopted the "800 type (C-2)." They want to renovate the men's restroom on the first floor. - A certain train station... Adopted the "750 type (I-2)." They want to manage the drainage from the station office, platform shop, and restaurant, but there were no drainage pipes nearby. - Inside a certain train station... Adopted the "750 type (I-2)." They want to remove the individual treatment septic tanks that handle wastewater from two facilities within the station and discharge directly into the public sewer system. Additionally, there are many other achievements.
Detailed information
-
A real machine of "80-Special Type (C-3)" has been installed in Umeda, Adachi Ward, with transparent piping laid out so that the drainage suction operation can be observed, making it possible to visit.
-
Since the existing outdoor drainage is located very close to the toilet and there is sufficient space for installation, it is planned to install it near the outdoor drainage pit and enclose it with a net fence for education and safety purposes.
-
Installed on a platform with existing drainage pipes, surrounded by a fence.
