[Case Study of Super Jack System] Expressway

With precise centralized management, safe and secure construction and load data management are possible! Adjustments using repair materials are also easy.

We would like to introduce a case where our "Super Jack System" for bearing replacement was adopted for a highway project. Traditionally, the operation of jacking up the superstructure during bearing replacement was done manually. This system allows one operator to control all hydraulic jacks, enabling construction without the need to assign personnel to each jack. In this project, we implemented the bearing replacement work by centrally and automatically controlling 26 hydraulic jacks.
