Design of the PC Bed Version 'JSP-6W'
We will design the PC deck slab for the plate girder bridge in the bridge axis direction and perpendicular to the bridge axis direction.
The design of the PC slab version 'JSP-6W' allows for the design of PC slabs used in plate girder bridges with a steel minor girder shape, based on the Road Bridge Design Guidelines and Commentary I Common Edition, II Steel Bridges and Steel Members Edition, III Concrete Bridges and Concrete Members Edition (November 2017). This program indicates slabs designed with the bridge axis perpendicular direction as PC/PRC structures and the bridge axis direction as RC structures. *Currently, only PC structures are supported. PRC structures are planned for future consideration and support. basic information
【Features】 ○ Unit system: SI unit system ○ Slab type: Cast-in-place PC slab, precast PC slab ○ Calculations: In the bridge axis direction, stress checks, RC joint checks, bending crack checks at intermediate supports; in the direction perpendicular to the bridge axis, dead load section force calculations (FRAME), indeterminate secondary force calculations, prestress calculations, combined stress checks, bending crack width checks, calculation of tensile rebar quantity, and checks for resistance to bending moment failure. ○ Calculation of rebar restraint force: Calculated based on the Concrete Standard Guidelines. ○ Bottom surface shape of the slab: Linear shape with constant slab thickness (excluding cantilever and haunch sections), radial (arch). ○ Output of estimated quantities: Concrete volume, formwork area (cast-in-place), PC steel material length. ○ Design of irregular slab shapes: Shapes with different widths for left and right slabs. ○ Tension direction: Unidirectional tension (left pull/right pull/alternate pull). ○ Main girder shape: Plate girder, open section box girder (when checking for cracks at the section above intermediate supports). ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
