This is an introduction to the case where our seismic-resistant water storage tank for drinking water was installed as an emergency water supply tank in Yuasa Town, Wakayama Prefecture. In Yuasa Town, Wakayama Prefecture, two drinking water tanks have been installed on higher ground with the tsunami evacuation from the Nankai Trough mega-earthquake in mind. Most drinking water tanks widely used across the country are horizontally cylindrical and require large delivery vehicles, making them unsuitable for narrow access roads.
