In 2020, the spread of the novel coronavirus led to a significant decrease in the number of users at many commercial facilities. To address this issue, we have installed a "thermal camera" at the entrance of the hot spring facility, which specializes in measuring human surface temperature. This system automatically measures the body temperature of visitors and detects and warns of any customers who may have a fever in advance. By consolidating information about visitors' body temperatures and the congestion levels at the dining area on the second floor, the front staff can manage personnel allocation according to real-time conditions, achieving improvements in the work environment and reductions in labor costs beyond what was previously possible.
