"Multi-functional" Friction-type Steel Pipe Expansion Lock Bolt ◎ Function (1) Water Drainage ■ After the expansion of the RPE lock bolt, applying additional water pressure releases the end cap, allowing it to be repurposed as a hollow water drainage bolt. ■ The drainage hose processes the spring water from the bolt hole directly as clean water. ◎ Function (2) Injection from the Tip ■ After the release of the end cap, it becomes a hollow bolt, enabling water-stopping injections, etc. (※ After the release of the end cap, it is possible to inject cement-based or resin-based materials using the hollow space.) ■ The water reduction effect from the water-stopping of the bolt hole can reduce the impact on water shortages associated with tunnel excavation. ※ For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
