Factory and plant equipment manufacturing case: Belt conveyor frame (38 tons)
The frame uses "SUS430"! The handrail and floor are made of SS400 galvanized steel, and a temporary assembly is performed to measure the camber.
We have manufactured and delivered the "Belt Conveyor Frame." The fabrication drawings were created using Tekla Structures, designed for conversion to Chinese materials. The frame is made of "SUS430," and the handrails and floor are made of SS400 galvanized steel (with some painted parts). We conducted a trial assembly and measured the camber.
