We undertake the fabrication of steel structures, canning, equipment, and prefabricated piping, among others. For inspections, we utilize an online meeting system where local Japanese staff conduct real-time dimension and appearance inspections, allowing for detailed corrections and ensuring quality. If non-destructive testing of welding is required, we will request a specialized organization to conduct the inspection and will record the process. Additionally, we will carry out overall mock assembly at the factory as much as possible, which minimizes issues when bringing items to the construction site. Regarding inspection documents, we will provide general inspection documents such as mill sheets for materials, dimension records, painting, and welding. For transportation, we use container shipping and charter vessels, delivering directly to the local construction site or to the vehicle. Since we can reduce labor costs compared to domestic production, I believe we can propose cost reductions.
