IPH method
Achieving the longevity of concrete structures! Methods for preventing re-deterioration.
The "IPH method" replaces the air present inside the concrete and the injected resin, allowing the resin to diffuse radially from the drilled holes, thereby filling even the finest cracks at the ends. This method not only enhances the adhesion strength between rebar and concrete but also provides a high anti-corrosion effect, leading to improved durability. It has received technical evaluation from the Japan Society of Civil Engineers. Moreover, structures constructed using this method can extend the intervals between subsequent repairs. Since the deteriorated areas are repaired and injected without being chipped away, the amount of demolition waste is reduced, resulting in cost savings. 【Features】 ■ High-density filling ■ Rebar anti-corrosion and neutralization suppression ■ Strength recovery and durability improvement ■ Enhanced economic efficiency and environmental measures *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
