Case 1) Coal-fired Power Plant: Measures for Rainfall at Water Storage Tanks [Issue] During heavy rainfall, measures have been taken to prevent overflow from the water storage tanks by transferring water to other tanks. However, we want to enhance our emergency processing capacity in response to recent localized heavy rains. [Installed Equipment] Two units of ECO Clean 200M (processing capacity: 100t/h) have been installed. They will be operated during heavy rainfall to filter and process water containing coal powder.

Case 2) Industrial Waste Factory Rainwater Drainage Outlet Measures [Issue] During heavy rainfall, turbid water sometimes flowed out of the site. In light of recent localized heavy rain events, we want to implement measures for the rainwater drainage outlet. [Installed Equipment] We installed ECO Clean 50M (filter area of 50m² vessel × 2 units, standard processing capacity of 7.5–30t/h). The rainwater drainage during heavy rainfall is treated before being discharged off-site, removing suspended solids before the off-site discharge.

Case 3) Fine Ceramics Factory - COD Removal of Penetrant Testing Liquid [Issue] Non-destructive testing to detect fine cracks in semiconductor packages, metals, ceramics, and glass. There is a need to treat the wastewater from the "fluorescent penetrant testing agent (liquid)" used in this process. [Installed Equipment] One set of penetrant testing liquid treatment equipment (stirring LFP) was introduced (treatment capacity: 0.5t/batch). It removes COD contained in the penetrant agent wastewater and reduces it to meet river discharge standards.

Case 4) Okinawa Spring Water Park PFAS Remediation Measures [Issue] We want to purify the PFAS-contaminated water at the Spring Water Park in Okinawa Prefecture. [Installed Equipment] We installed a PFAS treatment system including ECO Clean LFP. In indoor tests conducted before installation, we confirmed that the concentration of PFOA in groundwater, assumed to be from the contamination source at 100,000 ng/L, could be reduced to 2.5 ng/L (measured removal rate of 99.997%) in just 10 seconds of filtration.

We will be exhibiting at Chemical Material Japan 2024. November 21 (Thursday) - 22 (Friday), 2024 Tokyo Big Sight, South Exhibition Hall, Booth Number: C-09 ----------------------------------- "The Optimal Solution for PFAS Treatment" Effective purification technology with low cost and high efficiency We will introduce the innovative technology "ECO Clean LFP" for the removal of organic fluorinated compounds "PFAS" in a low-cost and environmentally friendly manner. By purifying with a filter that tightly adheres powdered activated carbon, we efficiently remove PFAS. You can see this process at our experimental seminar. Since April of last year, our company has been operating PFAS purification equipment in Okinawa Prefecture, establishing ourselves as a pioneering company in this field. Based on the valuable data obtained during this process and the latest regulatory trends, we will propose solutions for PFAS treatment.
