The "312HASP/CS10" is a device designed to lock out the 312 series padlocks, ensuring that work cannot be resumed until it is completed. Locked-out devices remain securely locked until the supervisor's padlock is removed. The supervisor's padlock is inaccessible to all workers on the project until they remove their own padlocks.
