The "Super OK Cone" is a high-waterproof embedded cone made with carbon fiber. This product achieves higher water resistance, rust prevention, and weight reduction compared to conventional products. It was developed in collaboration with Monozukuri University since 2014 to address issues such as water channels and leaks at the bottom of the cone due to concrete settlement caused by bleeding, rust leakage from separators, and the risk of damage associated with traditional ceramic and mortar embedded cones. 【Features】 ■ Water Stop Rib: The water stop rib blocks water channels caused by bleeding around the cone's outer circumference, preventing leaks. ■ Composite Material: The main material uses a composite material with carbon fiber, achieving excellent weather resistance and weight reduction. ■ Embedded Plug: An elastomer embedded plug with excellent weather resistance allows for a one-touch finish by pushing it in with your finger. ■ OK Nut: An epoxy-coated OK nut is used as a rust prevention measure. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
