Despite being a fast-drying type, it complies with the Organic Solvent and Special Regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, ensuring quick drying and good workability. It meets the quality standard of the Japan Society of Civil Engineers (JSCE-E 102-2003), which states that the maximum adhesion strength must be over 85% for uncoated rebar.
