"Rasclear NEO" is a rust conversion type rust preventive agent specifically designed for red rust, which reacts with red rust to form an electrochemically inert black oxide film, providing long-term rust prevention effects. It is a water-soluble liquid that is non-flammable and has good application workability. It allows for a reduction in work processes from two steps to one, as it eliminates the need for conventional painting preparation such as scraping or blasting. When applied to rebar with partial red rust, it does not compromise the quality of the rebar in areas without red rust.
