This product is an optional product of the traffic volume distribution system "APS-NET." - It is a method that uses QV by vehicle type for distribution. - It calculates the sacrifice route based on changes in time evaluation values. - MSR method distribution using the H27 conversion rate formula can be performed (switching to the H22 conversion rate formula is also possible). This option is only applicable to the traffic volume distribution system (unlimited links) APS-NET. (It is not applicable to the traffic volume distribution system (500, 100, 50 links).)
