The call center company D has introduced the telework booth "Monobo (for one person)" due to its low cost and customizability. The company had previously set up multiple booths (without roofs) made only of partitions in a large conference room to conduct WEB training (such as call center reception training), but they were considering private booths because conversations from neighboring booths were disruptive. There was a request to modify the specifications so that the instructor using Monobo and the staff participating in the WEB training would be at the same eye level, and to provide more desk space for spreading out materials within the booth.
