It is a breathable, waterproof, and airtight sheet that enhances airtightness by preventing air passage. ■UV resistance and insecticide resistance It is strong against ultraviolet rays, with a UV resistance guarantee of 120 days, which is twice that of standard waterproof paper. It does not lose its waterproofing even when insecticide agents adhere to it. ■Prevention of convective heat transfer The base fabric of Weathermate Plus absorbs the warm or cold air that circulates within the ventilation layer, reducing heat transfer to structural materials. ■Weather resistance and heat strength It is heat-resistant, with tensile strength and other material strengths that are twice that of standard breathable waterproof paper. ■Improved waterproofing Rainwater that enters through the staple holes used to secure the waterproof paper or the nails used to secure the battens is absorbed like a diaper without dripping on the backside of the waterproof paper.
