It contributes to ensuring a safe passage and workspace around the seismic isolation area while maintaining the necessary load-bearing performance in locations where pedestrian and vehicle traffic is expected. By manufacturing it in a specialized PCa factory, it reduces the need for formwork and concrete placement work on-site, allowing for quality assurance, shortened construction periods, and improved safety. Additionally, it is possible to pre-install dedicated hardware during the product manufacturing process, which also contributes to labor-saving and improved workability during on-site installation. We can accommodate proposals for shapes and specifications tailored to site conditions, including connections with the building's outer perimeter and external structures, as well as the fitting of seismic clearance areas.
