This is a construction method that covers openings with precast (PCa) floor slabs, anticipating future changes in the use of the building and the addition of stairs. Unlike conventional cast-in-place concrete, this method eliminates the need for chipping work during future removal. It allows for "dry removal," where the slabs can simply be lifted and taken out, significantly reducing noise, vibration, and dust.
