[Construction Example] Special vegetation mat for greening alkaline soil in improved embankments.

Making alkaline soil greening possible! Due to a pH of 11.3 after the formation of improved embankment, a case where the vegetation mat (standard product) was changed.

We would like to introduce a case where the alkaline soil vegetation mat "Litmus Mat Blue" was installed in the Shizuoka Prefecture reservoir group maintenance project (emergency maintenance of reservoirs) for the Matsumoto Shinike embankment renovation work. Since the pH after the improved embankment formation was 11.3, we changed from the standard vegetation mat to this product. This product is equipped with soil improvement bags filled with neutralizing agents, plant growth promoters, and fertilizers at 20 cm intervals. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Case Overview】 ■ Location: Shizuoka Prefecture ■ Construction Date: January 2022 (Year 4 of Reiwa) ■ Quantity: 130 m² ■ Soil Type: Clayey soil ■ Purpose: Maintenance of reservoirs, agricultural roads, and farmland *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Since our founding, we have taken on the mission of "creating a green country" and have contributed to national greening, land conservation, and the creation of a rich natural environment through our greening projects. Even in the 21st century, often referred to as the era of the environment, we strive to be an "environmental creation company" that applies the technologies we have cultivated in greening to the improvement of the environment for the Earth and its people, engaging in creativity (planning, research, and development). In 2024, we recognize biodiversity conservation, a pressing social issue, as a new mission we must undertake, with our participation in the 30by30 Alliance and the certification of our research fields as "natural coexistence sites." Moving forward, we will actively address various social issues, starting with biodiversity conservation, in pursuit of a sustainable society. We aim to be a lasting company that meets the needs of local communities, promoting the greening of parking lots to mitigate the heat island effect, as well as greening watersheds, riverbanks, coastlines, and parks to propose a lush living environment.
