This is a vacuum pump for equipment integration that supports DC power and uses a linear drive free piston mechanism. The linear drive free piston mechanism moves the piston in the cylinder back and forth using the attractive force of an electromagnet and the restoring force of a spring, achieving low vibration and low operating noise.
