The "BPS-265P," driven by a piezoelectric element, is a compact and lightweight bimorph pump that is ideal for low flow applications. With a construction of fluororesin and perfluoro rubber, it exhibits excellent chemical resistance, accommodating the transport of various chemicals in semiconductor manufacturing processes and medical and analytical instruments. Despite its compact design with a mass of approximately 80g, it achieves a flow rate of 36mL per minute. It employs a low-noise, long-life piezoelectric drive system, supporting precise and stable liquid transport. This model is optimal for integration into devices that require low flow control.
