The "Mini Beveler EMB-0204" is an electric chamfering machine for straight edges. The "Circuit Beveler ECB-0204" is an electric chamfering machine for curved edges. (Features) ● Smooth Chamfering It uses two dedicated pentagonal tips, allowing for smooth chamfering. ● Outstanding Cost Performance Compared to conventional products (MB-03A, ECB-0203), it can reduce the cost by 35.4% when cutting 10 km of iron C3. ● Cutting Speed Approximately 1.75 Times Faster When comparing processing speeds with conventional products (as above), it can reduce working time by 43%. ● Long Tool Life Expected lifespan: Iron-specific tip → 100m/1 side (for iron C3) Iron and stainless steel compatible tip → 15m/1 side (for stainless steel C2) ● Safety Features - Restart Prevention: The machine will not start even if the plug is connected to the power supply while the switch is ON. - Soft Start: Prevents sudden acceleration when the switch is turned on. - LED Load Indicator: Displays processing load with an LED at the rear of the unit. - Overload Stop: Automatically stops during high load or motor lock conditions. ● Chamfering Amount Adjustment The chamfering amount can be easily adjusted using a graduated ring.
