● Environmentally Friendly We have achieved the protection of tropical rainforests by using steel formwork panels that do not use tropical hardwoods. Since the panels are delivered in lengths tailored to the structure, there is no industrial waste generated. ● Rationalization and Labor Saving in Construction By using specially designed components that can be assembled in the same way as conventional formwork panels, we have rationalized the construction process, achieving labor savings and a reduction in construction time. ● Non-Demolition Method All components are consumable materials, and no durable materials are used. ● Simultaneous Slab Pouring is Possible The formwork panels, which are integrally molded with vertical battens, have high rigidity, allowing for simultaneous pouring of the ground beams and slab concrete using a flat deck, significantly shortening the construction period. ● Material Delivery 1/7, Zero Removal Due to the small loading capacity of the components, the amount of materials delivered is 1/7 compared to plywood panels, and since the non-demolition method is used, the amount removed is zero. ● Concrete Filling Status Can Be Confirmed By using a mesh on the formwork panels, the filling status of the concrete can be confirmed, making quality control easier.
