Crown pile anchor
SC Pile - Pile Head Jointing Method
The crown pile anchor is a construction method that involves partially welding a fixture (pile head fixture) that connects a fixing member (pile head anchor) to the steel pipe of an SC pile at the construction site, and then connecting the pile head anchor to the hexagonal coupler part of the pile head fixture to integrate the pile head with the foundation concrete. 【Contact Information】 ■ Technical Inquiries Technical Development Department, Phone Number: 03-3624-6201 ■ Inquiries for Estimates and Transactions For inquiries regarding estimates and transactions, please contact each branch via the URL below. http://www.okabe.co.jp/network/group.html
basic information
● The foundation excavation depth can be made shallower, making it economical. The crown pile anchor has a fixing plate at the end of the pile head anchor, which provides excellent anchoring performance. As a result, compared to the conventional method of directly flare welding rebar to the pile steel pipe, the anchoring length is shorter, allowing for a shallower foundation excavation depth. Therefore, cost reductions for excavation, shoring, and handling of surplus soil are expected.
