Seseiragi method
Easy installation, shortened construction period, cost reduction.
The flowing water method is a construction technique that replaces the conventional method (double slab structure) consisting of a pressure-resistant slab, underground beams, and upper slabs in the foundation structure. This method involves laying spring water panels on a pressure-resistant slab (mat slab) based on structural calculations, placing the necessary rebar, and then pouring floor concrete to create a spring water treatment layer that serves as an alternative to traditional spring water pits.
basic information
◎ The spring water panel is lightweight and easy to handle on site. ◎ Cutting and processing for size adjustments around columns and walls is easy. ◎ The spring water panel is made of synthetic resin that is not water-absorbent, so it is resistant to corrosion. ◎ The connection between spring water panels is done by overlapping at the top. There is no absorption of spring water from the connection points.
