"TP Pregard" is a protective fence that can guide vehicles without being breached when a passenger car collides at a speed of 70 km/h at an angle of 20 degrees. The connection points are easily linked by simply passing a steel rod through the wire knots. Curved installations are also made easy as the wires at the connection points can be adjusted freely. 【Safety】 A passenger car was collided at 70 km/h at a collision angle of 20 degrees according to the B conditions of the guardrail installation standards, and the four performance criteria specified in the guardrail installation standards and their explanations were verified. ■ Vehicle deviation prevention performance - Strength performance - The guardrail must have sufficient strength to prevent breakthrough: guided without breakthrough. - Deformation performance (in the case of rigid guardrails) - No plastic deformation should occur: 0.68 m (maximum displacement). - Plastic deformation (in the case of flexible guardrails) - Less than 1.1 m (maximum intrusion distance): 0.68 m (maximum displacement). ■ Vehicle safety performance - Less than 180 m/s²/10 ms (Type A): approximately 160. ■ Vehicle guidance performance - The vehicle should not roll over or experience other issues after colliding with the guardrail: no rollover. - The exit speed after colliding with the guardrail should be more than 60% of the collision speed: 69%. - The exit angle after colliding with the guardrail should be less than 60% of the collision angle: 38%. ■ Component scattering prevention performance - The components of the guardrail should not scatter significantly: no significant scattering. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
