"PATRIOT" is a three-dimensional position measurement device that utilizes magnetic technology, manufactured by the American company POLHEMUS. This system consists of a magnetic field source (TX-2), a magnetic measurement sensor (RX-2), and a control unit (SEU) that manages them, forming a six-degree-of-freedom measurement device. Unlike optical or acoustic sensors, magnetic sensors provide real-time data without being affected by physical obstacles.
