A motion capture system that doesn't require a camera!
It is a high-precision motion capture system that does not require a camera by using inertial sensors. The lower body version is equipped with 7 IMU (*) sensors, while the full body version has 18 sensors integrated into the clothing, allowing for a quick start from wearing to measurement without the need for markers or cameras. (*IMU: A device that detects three-dimensional inertial motion, with accelerometers detecting translational motion and gyroscopes detecting rotational motion.) Thanks to the highly sensitive sensors, it can accurately detect the internal and external rotation movements of limbs, achieving precision comparable to optical motion capture, while eliminating the need for data post-processing, significantly reducing costs and time. It is easy for elderly individuals to wear and can accommodate a wide range of measurement subjects.
