Ex-Jumper
Take your training to the next level with detailed jump analysis!
You can measure the ground reaction force during jumps using a vertical component force plate. This system not only displays the waveform of the ground reaction force but also graphs data such as the center of mass's velocity, position, and power. The calculated items include jump index, jump height, ground contact time, airborne time, maximum power, and leg stiffness. By recording the waveform of the ground reaction force, you can understand the rise pattern and peak values of the force, providing more detailed information than a simple mat switch. You can manage multiple subjects and trials within a single file, and measurements can be conducted in any order. This allows subjects to take sufficient rest while alternating. The timing between trials is automatically synchronized, and in continuous jumps, data is automatically extracted one at a time. Additionally, by using two plates, you can measure the ground reaction force for each leg separately, and it is possible to synchronize and play back videos taken during the measurements on the Exjumper.
