BECO2 (Behavior Coding System) is an application that allows you to record the occurrence and duration of categorized behaviors on a computer by pressing keys corresponding to those behaviors while viewing images. Input can be done using the computer's keyboard. You can control image playback from the computer, including repeating the same scene or slow motion, allowing you to capture subtle changes in behavior. Data correction is also easy. After recording data, you can perform analyses such as "frequency of occurrence" and "behavior chains," as well as calculate metrics like the "Kappa coefficient."
