We would like to introduce a case study of the installation of "Reflectix" at Top Industries, a tool manufacturer located in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture. Due to the work area being directly under the second-floor roof, the direct sunlight made it ineffective to use air conditioning, resulting in a situation where it felt like pouring water on a hot stone. To improve the effectiveness of the air conditioning, they had been using plastic sheets for partitioning and combining gas heat pump air conditioning with fans, but the heat remained a significant issue. Therefore, we applied a base layer to the existing ceiling and installed our product. We received feedback stating, "The temperature difference with the adjacent warehouse, which is not insulated, is remarkable. Those who had the installation done have started to feel the effectiveness of the air conditioning, and they perceive that the room temperature has dropped by about 3°C."
