Guarantee Details The reduction in air conditioning energy will be calculated under the following conditions: * Energy refers to the usage of electricity, gas, etc. * Properties covered by insurance must be pre-registered. Data from summer (June, July, August) and winter (December, January, February) will be considered. We will calculate the reduction amount by comparing the data from the six months after installation with the same month of the previous year, and we will determine the eligibility for the guarantee based on the average reduction amount over the six months. Only the energy consumption related to air conditioning in factories and stores will be considered. * General residences are excluded. Energy consumption related to lighting, machinery, etc., will not be included in the calculations. Conditions for Calculating Energy Consumption 1. Buildings with window areas accounting for less than 10% of the wall surface area will be targeted. 2. Buildings that use metal sheets or slate materials for the roof, such as factories and warehouses, will be targeted. 3. Buildings made of concrete will be excluded. 4. Buildings using insulation materials thicker than 5 cm will be excluded.
