Sponge blasting method
Despite being dry, it is safe and does not produce dust! A construction method suitable for on-site work.
The "sponge blast method" is a technique that does not project abrasive materials directly, but instead encapsulates various abrasives within a non-polluting sponge, forming small sponge particles the size of a bean, which are then projected at high speed. Despite being a dry method, it does not produce dust and does not cause damage to areas outside the projection surface, nor does it harm the operator or others working nearby. Additionally, the used sponge material is collected and separated into dust and reusable portions using a separately sold recycling separator, allowing for repeated use. The sponge material is lightweight and granular, making it easier to collect compared to powdered abrasives. 【Features】 - Does not scatter dust, pollutants, or water - Can be recycled and reused - The rebound force is 1/10, allowing for work with only windbreak nets or similar enclosures, and can be performed in light attire - Efficiently removes the main causes of corrosion, "chlorides and chlorine ions," more effectively than other methods - Allows for subtle control of strength, enabling the removal of only the surface layer of the projection area or adjustment of roughness *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
