This document is a handling guide for vertical rebar bending using "Hacker" for concrete blocks and deformed bar D-10. First, fix the vertical rebar with the fixing Hacker, and then bend the vertical rebar with the bending Hacker. Next, tie the vertical rebar and horizontal rebar (top rebar) together with binding wire. The tip is finished with lathe processing using special steel, and after the mortar has hardened, it can also be bent using the rebar bending hole. 【Instructions for Use】 1.
