In this facility, digital radios were being used; however, due to special obstacles such as the glass and water of the tanks, communication between the handheld devices at positions across the tanks was not functioning well. By installing the relay system, communication improved, and the relay units could be placed in locations not visible to customers, allowing for installation without compromising the aesthetics of the facility.
