[Super Sol Construction Case] Example of Poultry House Deodorization Materials

This is a case study of the installation of a deodorization tank for a chicken manure storage area in Sera Town, Hiroshima Prefecture.

We would like to introduce a case study of the construction of "Super Sol," an artificial lightweight material made from crushed and sintered waste glass. This material is used as a deodorizing agent for chicken coops, specifically to reduce odors in chicken manure storage areas. The implementation was based on research results from the Tottori Prefectural Livestock Experiment Station. By allowing microorganisms to settle in the bubbles of Super Sol, these microorganisms break down and deodorize the odors.
