It is an amorphous gravel-like artificial pumice made by crushing and sintering waste glass into particles ranging from 2 to 75 mm in size. **Features of Super Sol** ■ Environmentally Friendly (Soil Restoration) The raw material of Super Sol is a common "soda-lime glass," with its main component being "silicon," which is abundantly found in Japanese soil. The remaining components are sodium and calcium, which are also used in everyday household products. Additionally, it is fired at a high temperature of about 900 degrees, making it a safe and reliable recycled material in a sterile state. ■ Permeability and Water Retention It helps control the permeability and water retention of the ground. Even during compaction, it excels in drainage. When used as drainage material or planting soil, it contributes to creating an environment conducive to the growth of plants. ■ Easy to Work With as a Porous Ultra-Lightweight Material Super Sol is a porous material, weighing only 1/5 to 1/6 of soil. It can be adjusted for performance and weight by varying the types of air bubbles created. Furthermore, by creating numerous voids, it can be made lightweight, making it very easy to handle. It offers high flexibility during installation and does not require special techniques. ■ Non-Flammable (Inorganic Mineral) Being inorganic and mineral-based, it is non-combustible and possesses both fire resistance and thermal insulation properties.
