We combine domestically produced cedar, which harmonizes with the Japanese landscape, with a highly corrosion-resistant steel frame in the factory, panelizing it for transport to the site. For the foundation, we use the "RM construction (reinforced concrete masonry foundation)" known for its high seismic resistance. Additionally, compared to RC walls, it has lower thermal mass and cools down more quickly, contributing to the mitigation of the heat island phenomenon and realizing sustainable urban development.
