We would like to inform you that at the extraordinary board meeting held on July 1, 2025, Sanko Co., Ltd. of the Nikke Group (located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, CEO: Daichi Arai) appointed former director Daichi Arai as CEO, effective July 1, 2025. Additionally, we would like to report that former CEO Hiroyasu Yamamitsu has been appointed as chairman on the same date.
