Expansion insulation joint for connecting covered copper pipes for refrigerants 'HSJ-620'
Improved reliability of insulation material connections! Installation is possible for piping lengths up to 12 meters with just one unit.
The HSJ-620 is an expansion joint for insulated copper pipes used for refrigerants that accommodates the thermal expansion of insulation materials after heat shrinkage. The HSJ joint section (the compressed black part) stretches up to 240mm in response to the shrinkage of the insulation material on the insulated copper pipe, preventing gaps between the connected insulation materials that are joined with tape or adhesive. There is also a product explanation video available, which you can view via the YouTube video URL. 【Features】 ■ Follows the thermal shrinkage of insulation materials (up to about 2%) ■ Particularly effective in factories and logistics warehouses with long straight pipe sections ■ Flexibility of the insulation material is approximately six times that of conventional materials ■ The properties of the insulation material meet the insulation standards of JCDA 0009 and JCDA 0010 set by the Japan Copper Center ■ The flame retardancy of the insulated copper pipe covered with this product passes the inclined test of JIS C 3005 with self-extinguishing within 60 seconds *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
