Our "MU Resist Method" is a technique that protects concrete structures with a polyurethane coating that has high toughness and durability. The protective materials include 'U-Resist Clear Coat' for surface coating applications and 'U-Resist Clear Guard' for spalling prevention applications. Both are transparent and do not have a reinforcing mesh, allowing for visibility of the substrate during inspections, and can detect cracks as small as 0.05mm. In addition to its concrete surface protection capabilities, it demonstrates high spalling prevention performance even without a reinforcing mesh. We also offer specifications with a load-bearing capacity of over 1.5kN in push-out tests.
