UMI Corporation (Minato-ku, Tokyo / President: Masakazu Uchino, hereinafter referred to as UME) has started system integration of its smart electronic lock "LINKEY Plus" with the SaaS system "TOMARO+" for travel and accommodation services provided by Palace Link Corporation (Minato-ku, Tokyo / President: Yuhei Yoshimoto, hereinafter referred to as Palace Link). This integration allows travelers to seamlessly perform contactless check-in and key handover using only their smartphones, achieving both labor-saving at accommodation facilities and improved convenience for guests. Overview of the integration: The online check-in feature of TOMARO+ is linked with the web management tool "Finelife" of LINKEY Plus. Based on the information issued at the time of accommodation booking, when guests complete check-in on TOMARO+, Finelife automatically issues key information exclusive to the guest, which is then notified on their smartphone. This enables guests to enter their rooms smoothly without going through the front desk. Details of the system integration between TOMARO+ and LINKEY Plus can be found in the catalog file.
