(Minato-ku, Tokyo / CEO: Masakazu Uchino, hereinafter referred to as UME) has started system integration of its smart electronic lock "LINKEY Plus" with the unmanned check-in system "AdvaNceD IoT Smart Check-in for Cloud Smart Lock" provided by Device Agency Co., Ltd. (Nishi-ku, Osaka / Representative: Minoru Tanaka, hereinafter referred to as Device Agency). ■ Overview of the Integration The check-in function of "AdvaNceD IoT Smart Check-in for Cloud Smart Lock" is linked with LINKEY Plus's web management tool "Finelife." Guests can enter their accommodation information via their smartphones upon completing their reservation, and the hotel front desk can verify that information on a check-in tablet. Then, Finelife automatically issues key information exclusively for the guest and notifies it on the tablet. This allows guests to check in and out completely unmanned.
