This is a standalone seismic diagnosis software (program) for existing steel-framed buildings, based on the "2011 Revised Edition Guidelines and Commentary for Seismic Diagnosis and Seismic Retrofit of Existing Steel Structures" published by the Japan Architectural Disaster Prevention Association.
