[Primary Diagnosis] - Classifies vertical members of buildings into three types: walls, columns, and short columns, based on SRC diagnosis criteria. - Calculates the Eo index from the strength indicators derived from the cross-sectional areas of walls, columns, and short columns, and their respective average shear stress at ultimate limit state.
