Since its establishment in 1976, Union System has been committed to a "customer-first" philosophy, with the "Development Department," "Sales Department," and "Service Department" working together as a unified entity to improve the quality of software and services. Our company has made "further quality enhancement" our top priority, striving to develop software that is increasingly trusted by our customers. In 2007, we established the "Quality Inspection Room" as an independent department to check software quality before shipment. We are working on quality improvement through a two-step check involving both the "Development Department" and the "Quality Inspection Room." Additionally, for post-shipment maintenance, we prioritize minimizing the impact on our customers' structural design work and building confirmation applications. We hope to foster a relationship where we can share and integrate our customers' architectural expertise with our system technology, leading to greater mutual satisfaction.
